A full cooked to order breakfast, can be added on to any morning during your stay for an additional $15 per adult or $25 for two and children are $10.   

A third adult or children are welcome when you reserve either Suite.

Children 11 and under are an additional $10.

Guests ages 12 to adult is an additional $20.

Pets are welcome when you reserve either of our Suites.

Our pet fee is $25 per pet, per stay.

Guests are welcome to check in anytime after 3pm. You will receive a reminder email a few days before your stay with self-check in instructions so you can arrive at your leisure.

We accept all major credit cards and a minimum of one night is due at time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE: A reservation is a commitment on both our parts for the entire stay. When you book direct, cancellations received more than 14 days before arrival will be fully refunded minus a $30 processing fee. For shorter notice, a credit good until the end of the current year (minus the fee) will be issued if the reservation is re-booked. We reserve the right to charge for a reduced stay or early departure if it results in an unexpected vacancy.

All rates are subject to 8% NYS Sales Tax.
